Feeling Good and Loving Life Right Now! Manifest!

I had some health wins lately and that makes me feel so good!

Business is growing and stocks are doing well. So feeling good in the wealth department too!

Made some new friends, strengthening relationship with some existing friends. So that’s good too!

Health, wealth, love. I feel very blessed.

Sometimes I’m reluctant to admit that life is great, because my mind automatically thinks the opposite or the ending of the good things. But I have to tell my mind that, I gotta revel in the good when it’s good, otherwise we’ll never feel good. Be free to feel how good life is! Appreciate it all in the deepest way. Recognize that everything is fleeting, and, instead of being scared or missing it before it’s gone, cherish the moment.

So let me cherish the moment by counting the ways.

Health, Beauty, Surroundings:

  1. Discovered Methylene Blue thanks to  Alyssa – I love it!!! I’ve been feeling better mood, better mental clarity, and more energy (but still figuring out dosage and might need to cut out even the smallest traces of magnesium in my electrolyte)
  2. Massage chair – I love it!!! Got it at such a great deal ($1480) and it talks! haha. And it does amazing shoulder and lower back massage! It’s such a great entertainment for guests too.
  3. FIR foot massager surprise – I love it!! Today, I got a reminder to pick up a parcel. Turned out that the Costway the massage chair company also sent me a FIR foot massager! I was thinking that my massage chair’s only shortcoming is that the hand and foot parts don’t go quite deep enough. And now, I have a surprise foot massager that seems super sturdy, and it’s FIR!
  4. New Vitamin C face serum – I love it!!! Decided to give it a try, and it’s been more moisturizing than castor oil, jojoba oil, tallow, and Aquaphor! I’m still experimenting, but I think it’s been helping.
  5. 2L Water bottle – I love it!!! I’ve been drinking 2L of water for 3 days in a row, and it’s been easy thanks to this water bottle, electrolyte packets, and stevia. I’m still figuring out the best electrolyte recipe, but I think overall this is gonna be great for my skin hydration, brain hydration (cognition), energy level, and the ability to start taking creatine (without getting headaches)
  6. Got 2 cute wigs – I love them!!! The straight one with middle part – I’ve worn it a few times now. It makes me look younger I think. The curly one is super long and I haven’t had a chance to wear it out. I kinda wanna cut it shorter so it’s not as heavy, but I also kinda wanna keep it long because it makes a great sex wig. I don’t have any prospects right now though…
  7. Got 3 cute sweaters, 1 pair of new jeans, and still often wear the bunny coat that Cyndi gave me!! I know it’s just fashion, but I love wearing them! They make me feel happy and new. The jeans make me look more on-trend.
  8.  Flying Whale Decals – I love them!!! Every morning I wake up to seeing the whales, and it makes me so happy!
  9. My vibrators – I love them!!! About to have my next period in a week, and I’m horny again. It’s now something that only happens a few days before my period….but usually a day or 2 before, not a week before! Had some pretty good orgasms!
  10. My place
  11. Foundation the show – I love the technology and design in this show! I love that they very brilliantly brought Asimov’s vision to life!

Friendship:

  1. Nicole’s grad – Glad I was invited to take part in her day! We had some fun and had some cute shots!
  2. Cyndi’s visit – A good surprise! I wish we had more time, and I wish she was healthier. Hopefully in the near future! It was really nice when her and Tina come over and they got to enjoy the chair massager and the red light therapy.
  3. John helped me with the massage chair, and I invited him over for lamb dinner. I’m grateful that he was able to help me!
  4. Brian dinner – had a fun time rebooting our friendship!
  5. Dinner with Brian, Tony, Michaela, Will, etc at the Keg – fun time! I like Tony a lot! I like that he is warming up to me too.
  6. Art of Monday – met Tegan and Tristan. Tristan is quite cute.

Money:

  1. Stocks – Reaching $10.8 million now! (I added $250K this year). In the beginning of this year I had $6.366M. So $4.2M CAD growth ($3M USD, before paying Bunny)
  2. Biz – The past 12 months we’ve seen a 91% growth on Shopify and 25% growth on Amazon, and about $2.7M total revenue. Last year we did $2M. For many businesses, this year has been rough. I’m grateful that we did well!

Looking forward to:

  1. New hires – Joanna and Fatemeh!
  2. New ring designs – Horoscope, Horses, and I shall order D6 with different inside colours
  3. New website – Vipin is a promising devel!
  4. Stem Cell trip – Looking forward to experiencing the stem cell magic, all inclusive fancy hotel, and a warm trip with Mom!
  5. January ECF Mastermind get-together – Looking forward to hanging out with ECFers, and being in warm Austin!

Manifesting:

  1. John, Cyndi, and Tina feeling better healthwise!
  2. Stem cell therapy helps Mom’s diabetes and my anti-aging
  3. Stem cell therapy helps Dad’s eyes
  4. Knot Theory does $10M revenue in 2025 and 20%+ profit
  5. I have an incredible and competent team, including staff who love to do things I don’t like doing, such as accounting. They help us thrive as a business and as a team!
  6. I have smart, fun, sincere, reliable friends who have my best interest at heart, and we are close and spend a good amount of time together (e.g. once a week)
  7. I have a close friend like how Shaan has Sam, who is smart, fun, funny, loyal, sincere, rich, outgoing, inspiring, reliable, respects me, has free time, and loves to spend time with me. I love spending time with them too. The two of us can do impromptu hangouts and travels.
  8. I have more energy, focus, and productivity
  9. I spend my time doing things I love, such as giving design, growth (marketing) directions.
  10. I get really toned.
  11. I get even more youthful!

Brian friendship reboot, feeling inspired, wondering about Hampton renewal

One of the best ways to make friends who have the same interests is by being public about what you are interested in.

How have I made the friends that I like?

  1. Brian – ECF
  2. Cyndi – Fundraiser party
  3. Tyler – Cyndi
  4. Nicole Y. – Spikeball
  5. Yesol – Spikeball
  6. Dips – Volleyball
  7. Alex – Keith (whom I contacted at random on Facebook)
  8. Paul Jackson – ECF/Hampton

What are my ideal friend groups like?

  1. I’d like a friend or a small group of friends that are fun, outgoing, has time and money to travel with me or go on fun adventures with me! (Like, Korea beauty tour, Japan foodie tour, Zero G flight, visiting cute animals worldwide)
  2. I’d also like a local group of friends to hang out with, to play 2v2 volleyball with.
  3. I’d also like a local group of DTC friends, so we can hone our skills and strategies together (but maybe Mentorpass will do)

What are some successful friendship role models?

Sam and Shaan

What do I like about them?

They respect each other and they are a power couple.

They riff off each other’s jokes. They are both hilarious.

How did they get those friendships?

Shaan commented on Sam’s blogs.

How can I get the same?

They are both actively reach out to new people while actively broadcasting themselves (pod).

I should actively reach out to people on Hampton. Starting with women.

I don’t want to broadcast myself…let me think of a format that works for me.

I honestly had a lot of fun with Brian today. Very much like I anticipated.

We’ve always had a lot of talk about. I mean, around 2 years ago I wanted to hang out with him 1 on 1, because when I thought about who I wanted to hang out with the most, it was him. I hit him up, he said ok what are you doing this weekend, but then I got my lips inked and I said I’m free in 2 weeks, and he said nothing back. I never tried to hang out with him again.

I was definitely also attracted to him, after a long initial ick. I didn’t think he was good looking. But with mermaid clock in play, he got more attractive. When he invited me to the Hawksworth restaurant for his newly launched group, and that he ended up treating me that meal, I was very flattered and thought we had something special. I remember laughing a lot in Whatsapp conversation. But, he never asked to hang out one on one. And at the Hawksworth dinner, he sat Selene next to him and sat me diagonally across from him. I was mad. I didn’t talk to him all evening, and I had fun talking to 3 other guys, laughing loudly while knowing that he is within ear shot.

(I was trying to figure out my timeline with him, and found out that I’ve written it down in another post.

I was interesting to see all the guys I’ve liked in the past 3 years!)

He asked me what my ideal “pal” avatar looked like. I said I wanted what Sam and Shaan have. That when someone asked him what’s a product he spends hours on each day, he said it was Shaan. Haha. And I said that I figured Shaan is ENTP and Sam is ENTJ. I asked him the same question back. He said, Do you remember Selene. I thought, wtf, her? He said at her going away party (apparently she moved to Montreal) he met a guy that is also INTJ and they talked and thought the same. I asked if that’s what he wanted, someone identical. He said he thought about that too, and probably not.

He also asked me what’s the max number of people for a party he hosts that I would attend. He said he hosted something that was only 12 people. I said if it’s generic people I’m not interested. He said they are content creators.

I said my friend criteria are fun and reliable. He asked if “interesting” counts as fun. I think he thinks of himself as more interesting than fun.

I feel that he is making an effort to be friends, and I appreciate that. Also, he is always learning new stuff so it’s fun to hang out and learn new things!

Mom’s birthday; Arc’teryx; Tui Na Massage with Li Jie

Today is Mom’s birthday!

We went to a Tui Na massage appointment for me. The lady, Li Jie, turned out to be very fun to talk to. She spent 3 hours massaging me! I think she liked Mom and can relate to her having an only daughter. She can feel the love of my mom towards me. I am lucky.

I did feel better after the massage! She is so in-tune with my body…very interesting. My neck felt more relaxed.

Then we went to Ono Poke in the mall. We had fried rice, fried chicken, and some poke. Strange combo lol! But that’s what Mom liked!

Then we went downtown so Mom can get her watch battery replaced. She was thrilled about that lol.

Then we went to Arc’teryx. She’s been wanting a fancy rain jacket from there.

A cute staff helped us. Mom was kinda flirty with him lol. He was pretty funny too. She said she liked the jacket he was wearing, probably because he was cute. She complained how ugly the pumpkin pie orange jacket was, the guy joked that he has one.

He wasn’t very good at helping Mom put on her jacket. He is just a kid after all. Maybe 18~22? He was not awkward though. He still had acne, but he would grow into a cuter guy once that skin clears for sure.

I asked Mom to try on a few more things, and she decided on another inner jacket. The two jackets came to $650 or so. No sweat! It’s so great to have money!

Then we wanted to look at their bags. There was one tote bag, which was ugg as hell. He said it was waterproof. I said, but it’s wide open! It didn’t even have a zipper or a lid. He said it’s very good for holding water. HAHA. He was quick!

Then we went to Fairway to buy more jackfruit.

For dinner, we had jackfruit, persimmons, pineapple, and the canned Thai Chicken Rice soup that I’ve been looking for forever (found at Fairway!) and canned Clam Chowder.

This trip I feel that Mom is less focused. I’d tell her a story and gets none of it. I got frustrated with her at some point, and she was upset too.

I’m a little bit concerned that her mind is deteriorating. I guess it’s bound to happen sooner or later…but I feel that it has more to do with her being unfocused than being less smart.

Maybe because she hasn’t been sleeping well…

She is trying to get herself off the sleeping meds.

I think we need to go to stem cell therapy in January.

It’ll help with her anti-aging and her diabetes.

Her diabetes meds are what started this whole sleep issue.

I noticed in me that I’m grumpier this time. Less cheerful.

Maybe because I’m on my period?

Maybe because I’ve been stressed.

My mood is ok, kinda even, but I’m not as overjoyed and laugh-easy.

Or maybe it’s perimenopause lol

I’ve decided to not renew my Hampton membership.

Fun dinners alone ain’t cutting it. 2 people already can’t come to the first core group meeting. The thought of

I’ll try Mentorpass.

Knot Theory new packaging

Ideas:

  1. Metal boxes for engraved
  2. Paper packaging for NG
  3. Amazon? probably still need the cellophane, so the same trifold?
  4. Sell the box separately? This way ring exchanges will be less of an issue – only need to ship the ring (and won’t need to check if the ring is a replacement and needs a box or not). Can sell it for $15, but if it’s bought as an add-on, it’ll be $7.
  5. This will mean that in a mailer, we’ll have a square folded card, a ring box, and a flyer that includes a ring sizer
  6. Unless the square folded card is a flyer
  7. Nah it is classier if it was simple
  8. A flyer can be more easily updated
  9. And we can add other things like promotion
  10. Oh we need a ring sizer still!
  11. The brochure is such a great idea. It has ring sizer, it can be shipped to Amazon, it has a lot of space to introduce our brand
  12. We can have the square folded card contain a bi-fold brochure
  13. And the bi-fold contains ring info and ring sizer
  14. It’s a bit of a hassle to pack on the Vancouver side
  15. unless China packs it
  16. In which case, we basically switched out the cellophane bag for a heavier paper jacket…
  17. Unless we get a better deal by sourcing our own paper card supplier
  18. So far the jacket is $0.07, and the shipping is $0.025
  19. If the bi-fold is $0.065 then the total is the same price as our current tri-fold from Udoo
  20. The advantage is classier

Bigger ring box:

Pros:
1. Feels like it’s worth more

Cons:
1. Customer might not want as many boxes because they can fit multiple rings in the box

Smaller ring box:

Pros
1. More streamlined-feeling; less bulky feeling

Cons:
1. Might be harder to open for big hands

Feeling more motivated. Colostrum? Feel Good Gym?

The past couple of days I’m finally feeling more motivated again!

I put together the IKEA shelf for my bedroom. I bought the shelf almost a year ago!

Then shortly after, I bought the insert boxes at IKEA (Saturday), and on the same night, I assembled all 4 boxes and the new stool (for mounting my Mitro red light). And today (Sunday), I cleaned up the 2nd bedroom and arranged my new “red light therapy” room! And I finally started putting the whales decals up on my bedroom wall!

Here are possible reasons why:

  1. Colostrum – 3 days in
  2. Feel Good gym workout classes – I think the Thursday class (3 days ago) may have opened some chakras haha
  3. Cabbage – ate a lot of it the past 3 days
  4. Flaxseed meal 1 tbsp a day – 2 weeks in. I’ve been remember my dreams – related?
  5. HCL and digestive enzymes – 4 weeks in (Sep 16)
Focus on the life I want to live!

I want to feel more free to spend money on fun stuff

I want to have more fun, loyal, reliable friends who have time and money to do fun stuff together

I want to experience all the fun things that the world has to offer

I want to have an abundance of energy!

I want to have great focus

I want to be able to get things done! No procrastination.

I want to look and feel young

I want to have less stress

I want to have abs and toned body

I want my team to be happy and healthy

I want my mom and ad to be happy and healthy of course

Introduce resets – I think that’s the key to feeling rejuvenated and inspired!

Reset ideas:

  1. Daily new something – new quote, try something new
  2. Powerful mantra on my bathroom wall. Something above loving myself, enjoying today, today is the youngest I’ll ever be, get excited about today.
  3. Project-based life
  4. 3-month year
  5. Go to a new location
  6. Try a new thing
  7. Learn a new thing
  8. Meet someone new
  9. Change my surrounding (new room decorations, new work location
  10. New lifestyle / routine (go on a vacation, try a new routine for 2 weeks or 30 days)

Most valuable next step

What’s going to help our sales the most?

  1. Start a new Meta account
Impact? Hard to say. If a bit better than current meta account, 3 ROAS
Investment? $3~5K/month to start, plus $3K/month for the agency
How long before seeing results? Probably 3 months
What I need: A meta agency with the ability to create good creatives
How to get what I need:
    a. Ask ECF Forever 21
    b. look for companies with good creatives and ask which agency they use. Reach out to founders and schedule chats!
    c. Ask Hampton

Thoughts about making money while can, getting older, what project to pick, and friendship, marketing taglines

  1. What I wear – what kind of stereotype personality/status/wealth do I project?
  2. My skins are dry. When I was in Costa Rica, I was plump. Figure out how to be plump. Start with drinking more water and taking creatine.
  3. Face roll my facial tension aways 2 to 3 times a day
  4. Is posting IG reels and stories the best use to my time in terms of building friends, personal brand, personal entertainment?

I want to work on a project that will bring in $5M to $10M profit annually for the next 10 years.

Knot Theory has been able to, on average, pull in $850K profit annually (given that it’s been 10 years and I have $8.5M).

So I can do this.

I just need to pick a good project. A project that is in a rising tide.

HRT for Perimenopausal women and menopausal women!
