The past couple of days I’m finally feeling more motivated again!
I put together the IKEA shelf for my bedroom. I bought the shelf almost a year ago!
Then shortly after, I bought the insert boxes at IKEA (Saturday), and on the same night, I assembled all 4 boxes and the new stool (for mounting my Mitro red light). And today (Sunday), I cleaned up the 2nd bedroom and arranged my new “red light therapy” room! And I finally started putting the whales decals up on my bedroom wall!
Here are possible reasons why:
- Colostrum – 3 days in
- Feel Good gym workout classes – I think the Thursday class (3 days ago) may have opened some chakras haha
- Cabbage – ate a lot of it the past 3 days
- Flaxseed meal 1 tbsp a day – 2 weeks in. I’ve been remember my dreams – related?
- HCL and digestive enzymes – 4 weeks in (Sep 16)
Focus on the life I want to live!
I want to feel more free to spend money on fun stuff
I want to have more fun, loyal, reliable friends who have time and money to do fun stuff together
I want to experience all the fun things that the world has to offer
I want to have an abundance of energy!
I want to have great focus
I want to be able to get things done! No procrastination.
I want to look and feel young
I want to have less stress
I want to have abs and toned body
I want my team to be happy and healthy
I want my mom and ad to be happy and healthy of course
Introduce resets – I think that’s the key to feeling rejuvenated and inspired!
Reset ideas:
- Daily new something – new quote, try something new
- Powerful mantra on my bathroom wall. Something above loving myself, enjoying today, today is the youngest I’ll ever be, get excited about today.
- Project-based life
- 3-month year
- Go to a new location
- Try a new thing
- Learn a new thing
- Meet someone new
- Change my surrounding (new room decorations, new work location
- New lifestyle / routine (go on a vacation, try a new routine for 2 weeks or 30 days)
