Life Maxing

I don’t listen to MFM podcast consistently.

I get lots of ideas from it and it distracts me from what I need to get done.

But sometimes I need that inspiration and stimulation.

Today, the episode was so good.

It got me thinking:

  1. I want to start “life maxing”! And for me that means – get in shape, look young, and learn 1 braggable skillGet in shape – I’m on it! Working out an hour in the morning each day, before breakfast. Eating mostly paleo. Walking 10K about 5 days a week.

It’s been about 10 days. I think if I keep this up, I should have a toned body – 11 line abs, muscles in my arms and legs, lifted booty, less cellulite, lean inner thigh – in 1 month. At least, I shall see progress in 1 month! Right now, I have the faintest hint of abs, still have a small belly from Victoria trip in Xmas/New Year, slightly flabby arms and legs, slightly lifted booty, and some cellulite. Also I just started putting the far infrared light behind me when I do my morning and evening skin routine. I also use that cellulite buster massage tool sometimes.

Look young – I’m doing my daily skincare routine morning and night. Retinol, Vitamin C, la mer, castor oil and frankincense oil, plus a bunch of other lotions and potions. I use red light therapy (though, can be more consistent) and sometimes Aquaphor to seal moisture in. I use Medicube’s booster pro to zap my face. I just started doing monthly microneedling. I also do face massage, face yoga.

I also want to go to Korea to get under-brow lift, philtrum shortenging, and some sort of overall lift. Maybe sculptra? I should start planning in May or June, and go in January after spending time in Taiwan with Mom and Dad.

I also wan to try hyperbaric chambers.

1 braggable skill – I think it’ll be iFly! It’ll require that I live somewhere with an iFly, for 2 to 4 weeks. Probably 2 sessions a day. I can try to mix it with another travel, such as Sedona, AZ this year. I think it’s better to do it across many days each time. I should set a goal of how many hours I want to spend on iFly this year.
